They were at the property the next day after I reached out to them. Christina was my initial contact and throughout the entire process, she helped me set everything up, explained payments, and make sure we are on track. When our insurance adjuster wouldn't respond back to my phone calls or emails, Joe who is assigned at our property assisted me in getting a response back from them. He helped us to get the unit back on the market like the fire/water damage never happened.
