Great service & team, prompt responses, and did a great job to dry/clean up my pinhole leak damage from a pipe in the ceiling. Reconstruction was done professionally while I was able to work upstairs... they removed popcorn, replaced it with texture ceiling, and painted/cleaned it up. Recommended!

They were at the property the next day after I reached out to them. Christina was my initial contact and throughout the entire process, she helped me set everything up, explained payments, and make sure we are on track. When our insurance adjuster wouldn't respond back to my phone calls or emails, Joe who is assigned at our property assisted me in getting a response back from them. He helped us to get the unit back on the market like the fire/water damage never happened. Recently my water heater leaked and needless to say, I had some water damage in my home...including mold.  My homeowner's insurance company sent SERVPRO out to do the mold remediation.  I have to say that hands down, ALL of the SERVPRO employees whom I had contact with were extremely professional and easy to get along with.  Amid this Covid-19 pandemic, where they find themselves extremely busy doing Covid-19 sanitation/clean-up, I honestly felt like I too was a priority.  No questions I had were too dumb to answer.  Each and every one of them took their time to explain and made sure I understood the work that was to be done.  It has been a long time since I have experienced such outstanding customer service.  It's the little things that count: they were always on time, honest and forthcoming about the work that was to be done, and they called back if I had questions or concerns.  These guys are the best!!!

SERVPRO has been super responsive for my clients that I've referred to them.  I'm a Farmers Insurance Agent and I have vendors that visit my office constantly to refer business to them.  I always tell them the same line "SERVPRO is my #1, if they drop the ball I'll look for someone else to complete the job."  I have yet to look for someone else because SERVPRO, especially the Baldwin Park location has been on top of their game with every call.  Thanks to Joe and his team for always bringing the best service to my clients.

2019 was not a good start for my family. We got hit with major disaster to our home, the floor was destroyed with the original hard wood floor from water damage under the crawlspace. The same day, I called my home insurance to file my claim, and SERVPRO sent Justin who came to my house and assessed the damage. It kind of eased the pain knowing someone is there to help you when things like this happen. SERVPRO is a Professional and Very Reliable Company. The only thing I didn't like was that my insurance doesn't cover mold so I had to pay that out of pocket, but other than that SERVPRO is 10 out of 10 in my grade.

We recently found out we had a leak and mold due to a builder defect. I was so scared. I spoke to a representative named Joe. He referred me to a great plumber and once the leak was repaired he sent out his crew to make my kitchen mold free....Our house is now leak free and mold free and passed inspection. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN!! (But I hope it's not necessary.) Call them if you need help, you won't be disappointed.
