Our National Training Center has created a training program to educate restoration and mitigation skills for all of our Irwindale and Baldwin Park employees. This specialized training makes our technicians the best in the business.

Certified 

At SERVPRO Irwindale/Baldwin Park, our team is certified by The Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) that sets the standards for the cleaning and restoration industries. Our employees study these standards in water restoration, fire restoration, cleaning services, and mold remediation. As professionals, we strive to hit all of The Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certifications best practices. 

We Have the Training

Every SERVPRO franchise technician and owner receives a fifteen-day initial training course. New franchise owners are taught in great detail about water and fire restoration, mold remediation, and other valuable cleaning practices. Afterward, franchise owners and employees have access to online training classes, courses, and webinars. There are videos available to learn from, and even tests to check your knowledge. It is a priority for franchise owners to keep their knowledge in fire and water restoration and mold remediation up to date with changing industry standards.

Each SERVPRO is privately owned, and in most cases, locally owned. Our owners, Joe and Danielle McCann, only hire the best technicians for the job and treat them like family.
