Mold found in Glendora Home

A local Glendora home suffered from water loss due to a backed up washing machine. The customer’s washing machine had been backed up for weeks and had mold growing on the flooring. SERVPRO of Irwindale/Baldwin Park was called for mold remediation and water mitigation services. The water loss not only affected the laundry room, but also the kitchen and the crawl space in the home. Our crew removed the drywall and hardwood flooring in the kitchen and laundry room. They then set up 2 dehumidifiers and 1 fan to help dry the affected areas. In total, it only took the SERVPRO of Irwindale/Baldwin Park team 4 days to achieve the dry standard and the customer was able to continue with life, “Like it never even happened.”
