Extensive Mold Found in Fullerton, CA

A two story slab house in Fullerton was damaged by a leak from unknown source, possibly a slab leak. The entire bottom floor was affected including the family room, kitchen, dining room, living room, entry, storage room, bedroom, closet and bathroom. SERVPRO of Glendora/San Dimas & Irwindale/Baldwin Park was called to provide mold remediation services along with water damage services. As water damaged materials were torn up, extensive mold was found in cabinets and to parts of walls. All affected walls and flooring were removed. The SERVPRO crew ensured the bottom floor was packed out prior to any work being started. 4 dehus and 3 air scrubbers were placed and mold remediation services were started immediately. SERVPRO of Glendora/San Dimas & Irwindale/Baldwin Park ensured all mold damage was cleared.
