Santa Fe Fire
In August of 2016, SERVPRO of Glendora/San Dimas & Irwindale/Baldwin Park received a Large Loss call responding to a Commercial Fire in Santa Fe Springs. The building is part of a Nursery business used as a warehouse/distribution center, staging products used in that industry. The rear of the facility caught fire and thousands of pounds of supplies and equipment staged outside and immediately in the facility were lost. Smoke and air-born debris from the fire migrated into the facility through the open roll-up doors and contaminated the warehouse and office areas of the business. Some structural damage occurred to the building from the intense heat. SERVPRO cleared all the fire damaged debris in the back and completed the Smoke remediation, and reconstruction in 5 weeks with minimal interruption to the business.
