Commercial Water Damage

A two story commercial building in Azusa, California suffered from extensive water damage due to a defective sink valve in the women’s restroom on the second floor. SERVPRO of Irwindale/Baldwin Park was called to aid in the restoration process. The customer requested that minimal removal be done in order to dry as many materials in place as possible so that they can resume to normal business as quickly as possible. Our team set up 3 dehumidifiers and 23 air movers to reduce the moisture in the air. It took approximately 7 days for our crew to achieve the dry standard and the customer resumed back to normal business “Like nothing even happened.”
